He is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in company secretarial, corporate governance, business restructuring, business valuation, business research, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) services. With a solid track record in these areas, he has successfully guided numerous organisations to achieve their strategic goals and navigate complex business challenges. His passion lies in delivering results-driven solutions that drive operational efficiency, enhance shareholder value, and contribute to sustainable business practices. Sebastian holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degrees in management. He is a certified corporate governance evaluator/auditor, a certified project management professional, a CFA investment foundations certificate holder and a practicing licensed chartered secretary and administrator. Additionally, Sebastian is registered with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria and accredited with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria.

Her corporate commercial experience straddle economic sectors such as construction, financing, government, non-for-profit, professional services, real estate, energy and agriculture. She is a legal practitioner and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

Innocent is head of our Corporate Governance Practice Group. He has over 8 years of experience advising clients on the implications of the regulatory agenda, corporate law and designing approaches to effectively meet those obligations. In this time, he has gained extensive practical experience in Governance and Regulatory Compliance. He has led service and delivery across major compliance transformation and regulatory change initiatives. He is a legal practitioner and a chartered secretary and administrator.
